Developer InfoPositech Games is a one-man team founded in 1997 by Cliff Harris, and is known for developing PC simulation games. Cliff formerly worked for the U.K.-based games company Elixir (Republic, Evil Genius), and at Lionhead Studios as an AI and logic programmer for the game "The Movies."
