In effect it's a test of your reflexes: when the game says "draw" you need to quickly move your mouse up from your holster to your opponent and click. You have a decreasingly short time to do that in as the game goes on, sometimes just a fraction of a second. It's challenging and will force your brain to wake up and pay attention. Beyond those mechanics, the story and setting of the game are also very positive, it has a nice brown-beige sandy aesthetic, although the sprites are a little too much like "programmer pixel art" for my tastes. I never managed to get to the end: my 30-year-old reflexes are just not fast enough. I did manage to get far enough to enjoy the game, but I imagine I need to be a few years younger and lose my arthritis before I can beat the game.
