The game comes with 3 songs. More can be downloaded, imported and edited by you or you can import your songs directly from your Guitar Hero discs (Note: You can import from GH1, GH2 or GH: Encore rock the 80’s, But not GH3 or Aerosmith)
I reccomend FOF for anyone who doesn’t have guitar hero or those who feel like a quick, no-frills rock session without rearranging all the plus on the TV.

“Frets on Fire” is a freeware clone of Guitar Hero where you use a keyboard as a guitar. The controls are the fret keys and the enter button, and you hold the controller like as if it were a guitar. The controls were awkward, (at least at first) but at least this game is definitely better than most Guitar Hero clones. In fact, you can import songs from “Guitar Hero” games and put them into this game! Crazy, huh? Well, if you can’t afford Guitar Hero, this game will make a GREAT alternative. But generally speaking, I’d prefer Guitar Hero myself. I’ll give it a 3/5, saying that the game has extremely good concept, but perhaps the controls could have been better. Also, you can download songs, for this game. And don’t worry; this game is 100% freeware!
