Many fan-made shmups attempt to recreate the feeling of classic games but i have seen none that have achieved Hydorah’s level of polish. It maintains the style, the atmosphere, the difficulty, the musical style and the difficulty almost perfectly while still never feeling like a complete re-hash of old ideas. Excellent game in every respect.

After playing and ejoying the game´s taste for difficulty, i´ve got seriously stuck, and started to really loose my nerves. Seriously, should i tolerate this? Is it worth it?

I think i´m going to erase it out of my computer if i can´t get through it in a few more tries.

It´s ok it´s intended for experienced players, but i´ve been playing videogames for 15 years and this is just too insane.

It´s a shame because the game is flawless, and its great quality is what made my play it, and why i´m doing quite an effort to keep trying. The difficulty, wich at start i thought it would “might” be a downside, now i see it´s crearly one.

So i´m dropping 5/5 to 3/5
