Incursion is an extremely detailed roguelike that is based on (but not strictly adherent to) the mechanics of the d20 system made available under the Open Game License by Wizards of the Coast. Incursion also features extensive textual descriptions of the world and the environments, and focuses on long-term tactics for survival.

The most notable feature of this RL is the high levels of detail. There are numerous skills, stats and items compared with many other RLs. The game is well presented in colourful ascii (no tile as far as im aware) and has detailed room descriptions to set the mood.
The downside to this RL is that there are some balancing issues. Some character designs work far far better than others. It is currently going through a complete rewrite that will see a bigger better version released in the distant future.
