Avatar-default 4 Very nicely done
This game is smooth playing and well put together. The black and white colors might seem limiting but the creativity used for the monsters and their animations will impress you all the more because of it.

Avatar-default 5 Atmospheric excellence
This was a real gem. It’s a fairly short game but with cool mechanics, awesome atmosphere, and a simple yet chilling story.

Certainly worth the price tag and ripe with replay value.

Avatar-default 5 Old Skool
Im from the time of the Commodore 64.

This game brought me back to the feeling of how gaming should be, max result with the use of fantasy good, story and humor.

This game is AWESOME.

You can wake me for games like this.

The ultimate graphics in nowadays game can never stand up to the atmosphere as in these games.. Really Amazing. Respect!

Gratuitous Space Battles

Avatar-default 3 Decent Concept, Ruined by Randomness
I like the concept and overall design of the game – you set up your fleet, give them orders, and see what happens. But the results of the battle have a hefty chunk of randomness in them – maybe you had a good fleet made but just got unlucky, who knows?

If there was no randomness in the combat results, this would be a drastically improved game. It’s not like random factors are inherently bad, but when the entire game is perfecting a fleet and seeing the results, randomness destroys the fun of that because you’ll have to run the same fleet half a dozen times to actually know how well it can perform – completely tedious and boring.

Avatar-default 3 Auto-fire Required
A decent game, but unless you prefer your hands cramped and in pain find a way to have auto-fire for you attack. I used JoyToKey to play on a controller and make my attacks rapid-fire which makes the game a lot less physically painful.
